Health and Performance Monitors, idle time for single check
Hi, I have monitor with settings:
Interval 10 sec; Timeout 31 sec
But I know that if one check dose not response in 1sec it means that there is something wrong with my node/application and in a fact it fails. The scenario is that if for a check response time is ~6sec (which will make Timeout to reset after 6sec) the node will not go down even if for all checks response time is more than 6sec.
I know that there is solution like:
Interval 1 sec; Timeout 3 sec
But it will make not wanted traffic.
I think about:
Interval 10sec: Timeout 5sec
as even one check is enough for me to decide that the node should be mark as down.
But the best would be some configuration setup. Is there a variable in configuration for Monitor that I can tell that if a single check will not respond in 1sec then the single check should be marked as failed? It will make my node down after 31 sec in the scenario.
