Header insert question.

I am looking to insert the client IP address as a header, so that a server that is behind a VIP that uses SNAT will be able to log the client IP address.     Has anyone had any luck doing this, ...

With Weblogic at backend we're doing it this way:

 

 

when HTTP_REQUEST {

 

HTTP::header insert WL-Proxy-Client-IP [IP::client_addr]

 

}
