HD1.1 not found on slot 2

Hi expert i have problem after create boot location on var/log/ltm found The requested software status (2 HD1.1) was not found. i am not sure why becouse on HD1.2 i have 4 slot image software HD1...

    the installation done and still have 3 slot,

    after that i deleted the HD1.1 boot location and reinstall again and back to normal
