Having issue while accesing LTM through Network managemet tools

Hi, I'm troubleshooting a strange issue on LTM. we are using HP Network Automatation tool for managing the LTM devices.

 

For some reasons Network management tools is unable to access the LTM and at the same time I'm finding the authentication error logs on LTM. I'm sure the username and password that the Network management tool used to communicate with LTM is correct.

Could you please guide me some steps to troubleshoot the issue?

 

Is there any troubleshooting commands to check the authentication issues on LTM?
