Have suggestions column count not increasing for file types

Hi;

 

I had a setting where file types learning mechanism was set to "Learn all entities", yet when ever a new file type was learnt and suggested "in the Traffic learning area" a corresponding suggestion did not show up in the Enforcement readiness area. Under the "Have suggestions" column.

 

This is version 12.1. I find this a bit strange as I expect the have suggestions column counter to increase with every new file type.
