Hard Drive Installation

My name is Jerry Harris and I have a f5 1600 LTM which we are having a hard failure. The front panel display is not working at all. When we reboot the box it comes back up and the front is flashing for a few minutes and then it is not lite.It seams to be a hardware failure. The question is can I take the hard drive out of the faulty LTM and put it in the replacement LTM. Do have to setup the partitions again, install new image and hotfix again. This doesn't look like a software problem. It just looks like a front panel display hardware problem.
