HA score best practice

Hi,

 

I have 12 members in a trunk which I would like to monitor using HA scores in the HA group.

Note that I am not using other elements such as pools in the HA group.

 

I was thinking to use a weight of 96 (that would give a 8 score per link) and an active bonus of 20 (so even if I lose 2 link I prevent flapping).

What do you think about threshold? Would that take over in case of a failure ?

    Hey Livius,

     

    We would need to know the whole picture of your HA configuration such as pools, etc, to give you a more accurate answer. However, from what you mention, if you're ok to lose 2 links without having to failover then this seems fine.
