HA Password Question

one colleague told me that there is a password that shouold match sothat Config sync work at Ha , is it root password or admin or what ?

Does thsi mean that this is the user account who will be only able to Sync Conf , other users ( even with admin privilidege ) will not be able to sync conf ?not really. it is just a user which bigip will use when doing configsync (to transfer ucs from/to peer unit).
