HA between hardware and software/virtual edition.

Is new version of BIG-IP support HA between Hardware device and Software (virtual edition) ? is any drawbacks in HA function while using this Heterogeneous environment (i.e HA between hardware and virtual edition).

    Hi Abhay~ Pretty sure you can but there are some requirements.

    Beginning in BIG-IP 11.4.0, F5 supports redundant devices in a device group on different hardware or virtual platforms through the load-aware failover feature
