GTM/LC link monitoring

Hi,

 

I have two DC's with two GTM's and different ISP's in each, This may sound like dumb question but does each GTM need monitor each ISP link ?.

 

Or should just GTM in DC 1 monitors ISP link DC1 and GTM in DC 2 monitors ISP link in DC 2 only
