GTM topology based on ISP

Hi all,   anyone's using GTM topology based on ISP here?   what i'm trying to do is simple :     traffic from ISP1 should go to GTM1   all other traffic should go to GTM2 ...

I was asked a similar request by a client of mine to do the very same thing. Unfortunately there is 100% foolproof way to identify which ISP owns a block. You could purchase a IP list from company (http://www.ip2country.net/order.html). But it's not always 100% accurate.
