GTM synchronization

I am using GTM module on several sites and i would like them to synchronize in a hierarchical way that is to say one master GTM which does not synchronize and the other GTMs that would retrieve their configuration from that master GTM.

than it was possible in the past before the 9.X version but it does not seem to be the case after

 

 

Nevertheless, has someone found a way to implement it on a 9.x. I tried to play with the synchronization option but disabling synchronization

 

for the master GTM not only disables its capacity to synchronize on the other GTMs but also disable the capacity from the others to synchronize

 

on the master.
