GTM persistance

Hi Guys ,

 

I can't seem to prove this not to be the case , but could do with a quick confirmation.

 

If you have a Persistance TTL set on a WideIP for eg 5 minutes , during that period the client makes numberous requests.

 

Two Pools are configured on the WideIP as well with different IP's for the services.

 

At 4 minutes 20 seconds , the client makes a load more requests. When it hits the 5 minute marker , will the client get the 2nd IP , if the balancing so happens to go that way , or will they stay on the persisted one and renew for another 5 minutes ?
