GTM Node Member Delay before coming online

Hi Guys,   Is it possible to configure members so that they have a set delay before they become active after their health monitor is successful?   i.e. if i have two data centres A and B and ...

Under "Monitor", there is an option for "Time Until Up" that will provide the function you are seeking. For GTM, you may have to use the relevant monitor on the LTM resource.
