GTM marks virtual server down

There are other virtual servers on the LTM which the GTM correctly indentifies as up. This is no firewall in the mix and I can ping the LTM virtual that the GTM is marking as down.      ...

I have also had issues similar to this where the issue was the version of http being used for the monitor. Had to force the monitor to use version 1.0 to make the monitor work. The version of http needed is determined by the app being monitored, not the F5 device.
