GTM loses connection to LTM once a day

In our network we have a redundant pair of LTMs and a couple of GTMs. Once a day GTMs report this problem:     Sep 19 14:07:05 gtm02 gtmd[10913]: 011ae019:4: Closing idle connection to LTM_IP_Ad...

And yes so far it happens once a day but not every day.
