Tough to say with much certainty what your issue is, but it may be best to test reachability between your LDNS and the GTM first. Can you ping the GTM from an LDNS? If not, could be a routing issue or access control somewhere in between the GTM and the LDNS.

 

Have you just recently stood up this GTM?
