GTM for server in different sites

Good day!

 

I just want to ask if it is possible for the GTM to handle the server on the other sites? there is no LTM or any LB devices on those sites juts only the server that need to access via GTM.

 

Ex. the GTM is on Site A, and the nodes that need to become GTM pool is on site B and Site C, for the GTM physical server perspective, which server IP address do i need to input? is it the self IP of the GTM itself? and do i need to manually create VS for those nodes and input its Nat'd IP (Public IP)? Please advise.
