GTM does it used to port 22 sync config always ?

I wanna know about sync config GTM to GTM. Does it always used to port 22 for sync confi ?

 

or for the first time. Because the GTM install on internet and My company have policy not allow port 22 on internet.

    It looks like only the initial SSL certificate exchange is 22. The configuration is 4353.
