GTM ( Active/Stanby ) in DMZ

Better configure all the 4 GTMs under one DSC [Device Service Clustering] which will make all the GTMs to be in sync.

FYI, After configuring all the 4 GTMs under one DSC Sync group, Individual GTM will be in Standalone state but will share the configuration with all other 3 GTMs.

 

As per your organization setup, I suggest you to use DSC feature for GTMs.
