GTM - Link load balancing based on the link utilization

Hi, we are going to build up GTM for inbound/outbound link load balancing according to the utilization of the ISP links.

 

Here are the requirements:

 

1. There are 2 ISP links
2. Set ISP1 as primary link for inbound traffic. If the utilization of ISP1 reaches 70% than load balancing to ISP2.
3. Set ISP2 as primary link for outbound traffic. If the utilization of ISP2 reaches 70% than load balancing to ISP1.

TMSH version: 11.6.1

 

We had created 2 Links but, in Statistics, there is no value in In/Out/Total Throughput(bits/sec).

 

How can we achieve the above requirements? Any suggestions?
