google analytics issue

Hi, Can Analytics Profile (AVR) override or block some functionality of google analitycs? The customer is saying that the ASM is modifying something on his website. But no profile is created GWT or blocking. The only different profile enabled is the analytics. What I forgot to do?

    The problem was web scraping. The ASM felt that access was a bot and through POST script was there then lost the settings of google analytics cookie. Thanks.
