Getting a report of all pool member IPs by VIP....
There has to be an easier way....
All I want is a report of all the pool members, by VIP. Something that will allow anyone to quickly determine the machines behind a VIP whenever required but without requiring access to the device.
Are there any reporting options for the Big IP devices?

Does network map fulfills your purpose ?
Local Traffic -> Network Map -> Show Map.

Well...not exactly. That has all of the information that I need, but I need it in a format I can send about (such as a CSV file). The real question is how do I get it out of the Big IP and into something I can send to someone via e-mail?

Hi
Do you have some server which has connectivity to your bigip you can write perl or any other language script to extract the info using tmsh commands. Hope it helps .
thanks

Yes, but surely there's something out there already to do this...? It can't be a unique need, wanting a report of all IP pool members to a VIP...?

Just posted this script. It does this and more. You can just "touch /path/file.txt" and add " | tee /path/file.txt" to the f5vs or f5vsd command.
