Generating SHA1 CSR

Hi All,   We are running with 12.0 TMOS and is it possible to generate a CSR with SHA1 algorithm. If so, kindly let us know how.   Thank you in advance

I believe there is no restriction in CSR (SHA1 or SHA2) in f5 but ultimate third party certificate provider has right to rest, whether they will release SHA1 or SHA256 Cert.
