Hello! I've been seeing error in "General database error retrieving information" on the standby device when accessing System> Users> User list. Error message persists even when using private browser. Current version is 17.1.0.3. How do I fix this issue?Thanks in advance!

kristine_v In CLI TMSH you can try restarting the mcpd service on the device that is generating the log in question. restart /sys service mcpd

17.1.1.1 has been released. 17.1.0 has significant CVE issues. You should consider upgrading.

Hello! I've been seeing error in "General database error retrieving information" on the standby device when accessing System> Users> User list. Error message persists even when using private browser. Current version is 17.1.0.3. How do I fix this issue?
