I am having the same issue but with network access. I have all the TCP Idle's set to indefinite and like 12 hours on APM and sometimes out network users get disconnected after five minutes.

i think i find the solution
Create a new TCP_profile and change the value of Keep Alive Interval to 60 for example instead of 1800
Put this tcp profile in the Virtual Server at the field : Protocol Profile (Client)
Tell me if it s ok for you ?
best regards

if you use filezilla ftp client, change value in the parameters at the connexion idle to 40s for example
