From ESXi 4.1 to ESXi 5.0
Dear all,
I got a license and I've istalled BIG-IP in an ESXi 4.1. I've configured everything and it worked great.
In my company we migrated from ESXi 4.1 to ESXi 5.0. To keep mi BIG-IP, I exported this into a OVA file when was installed in ESXi 4.1, we migrated to ESXi 5.0, and I imported this OVA file.
The problem is this: When I turned up BIG-IP VE 11.2 in ESXi 5.0, it seem it "lost" the license. Prompt before was "root@bigip:Active" and now is "root@bigip:ModuleNotLicensed:LICENSE INOPERATIVE:Standalone".
Why did it happen?
What I need to do to get BIG-IP working like before?
Kind regards to all.

Dear nitass,
Thank you very much for your help.
I sent an email to csp@f5.com telling my problem. They asked to me for my licence code and they made the changes necessary on their end so I could reactivate my VE.
I do not know if it is the correct way to do that, but they replied me very fast and they resolved this issue.
Thank you very much again.
Kind regards. - nitass

I do not know if it is the correct way to do that, but they replied me very fast and they resolved this issue. yes, it is. we have to contact f5 support team in case if unit serial number is changed e.g. rma, moving esx host.
