FQDN checking
Hi,
We have a setup using pools with FQDN pool members. But even using gateway_icmp as health check it doesn't go online. But from Big Ip's CLI it can be resolved and accessed.
I tried to show the output via tmsh command
[root@mkti-f5-lb1:Active:In Sync] config tmsh list ltm node mktiw12spws1.pgpc.net ltm node mktiw12spws1.pgpc.net { fqdn { autopopulate enabled name mktiw12spws1.pgpc.net } state fqdn-checking
Its state is on checking, how can it turn into up or enable?

There is a strong indication that your system seffers from the following condition:
https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/k/48/sol48081400.html?sr=59263398
sol48081400: FQDN ephemeral nodes may not be updated after a DNS record change
Also, there are a LOT of other Bugs with FQDN nodes in 11.6.1 soft. revision.
Please consider upgrading your system to the newest one:
12.1.1 HF2
I hope it helps.
