Jan 14, 2013Firepass Terminal Server Access Problem
Hi,
I will need your help please,
Customer has a Firepass, we I try to acess from non corporative PC I got a error certificate, but if I try to acces from corporative PC works. Firepass has a license for terminal server access.
From non corporative PC only works if I install the certificate on PC, any idea? Do I need to install intermediate certicate?
Regards.

It would certainly seem you need to install an intermediate or root certificate on non-corporate devices. I'm not familiar with Firepass but this is either going to be a case of downloading and installing whatever is necessary on all non-corporate devices or specifying the relevant chain/root certificates on the Firepass, if possible. - Seth_Cooper

Mauricio,
Are you getting the certificate error when logging on to the Firepass webpage or when launching a terminal server resource after you are on the firepass webtop?
Seth
