Finding inactive VIPs on a LTM (10.2.4)
Hello -
I'm looking for a way to determine inactive VIPS on an LTM. I know that enterprise manager can do it but we are having difficulty adding this LTM to it. (We have a case opened with F5).
The command "bigtop -once -bytes" only goes back to Dec 13. Any help is appreciated. Thanks -jim

bigtop counters are since last reboot or last stats reset. If you're not using Enterprise Manager, you'll need to collect the stats yourself using snmp or icontrol, or just save the output from "bigtop -once" regularly.
Even then, if the services are accessible from the internet, there will always be at least a trickle or requests from network scans.
