Cirrostratusaherrman, it is possible that clients could send a chunk encoded request without a Content-Length header. Clients can send a request with Transfer-Encoding: chunked, without specifying the content length. I'm not sure how you could enforce a limit without parsing the full request data. Nor am I sure how you could parse the full request data with iRules.
I don't think many clients use chunked encoding for requests though, so it might be something you could either ignore or block altogether.
