File share and web access

Hi all:

 

 

In an APM i would like to published a file share and some web applications. but the users who are accessing this resources should only have a read access but not write.

 

Like on a file share they should able to upload the files but not download and should get only read access.

 

Same on a web application access they should not get able to download the files.

 

 

Please suggest...
