Failover Error - SOD Configuration CRC does not match
Hi,
We did a failover to our 2 F5 Big-IP this morning because all applications on the 1 unit started to run slowly until they started to just timeout. After the failover all the applications started working correctly, so we did a commandline restart of the 1 unit and moved all traffic back to the 1. It is now running correctly, but when we finished the restart the Dashboard shows the error:
"SOD Configuration CRC does not match"
I understand a CRC error, but I have not found anything in any of the F5 documentation that describes the Failover (SOD) error message.
Could anyone point me to some documentation on the issue?
Thanks.....Ray
it is introduced in 11.4.0. when traffic-group related is changed, sod will calculate crc and include in the sod message to peers.
ID410439 - SOD should log CRC disagreement in var/log/ltm
