Fail-over configuration on version 11.1.0

Hi everyone,   I have recently updated the ios version on a LTM box to 11.1.0 and I was trying to do a fail-over unit configuration but I see my self totally lost, the fail-over configuration seems...

My GOD I feel like I am in a totally new world... where I am not ready to be... why this v11 so changed it's forcing me to change all my concept ... huh....
