Fail-over configuration on version 11.1.0

Hi everyone,   I have recently updated the ios version on a LTM box to 11.1.0 and I was trying to do a fail-over unit configuration but I see my self totally lost, the fail-over configuration seems...

Also I can not find from where to start the installation wizard the welcome page is also gone out... what is happening? Is there a way to invoke the setup/installation wizard in this newer version??
