f5os remote authentication setting

Hi,

I am setting up remote authentication on F5OS.

I would like to set the TACACS server 1.1.1.2 as the primary and 1.1.1.1 as the secondary.

However, F5OS always tries to connect to the 1.1.1.1 server first.

Could you let me know why this happens and how to resolve it?
