F5APM - Immediately disconnecting for a Network_Access

am trying to connect to my client with F5 on my Windows 10 laptop, but do not succeed in this. I see F5 Initializing, Connecting, Opening, Authenticating -> Disconnected, and the screen closes immed...

Did it ever work? are you using different VPN clients on that system?

 

Same version of the VPN software as on the BIG-IP?

 

Check the logging, put it on debug level and check again.
