Looks like Edge Client major version 7005 corresponds to BIG-IP v10.2.4: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/13000/700/sol13757.html

 

 

Windows 8 compatibility is a BIG-IP as well as Edge Client feature, so that probably means that you'll need to upgrade BIG-IP to at least v11.1.0 with a hotfix.
