hi Ehurst, which version of BIG-IP are you running? You'll need to be running 11.2.0 or higher (with possible hotfix application needed): http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_apm/manuals/product/apm-clientcompmatrix-11-2-1.html
