    After you re-activated license on the unit, with the license code that was provided, have you tried rebooting? Issue a full_box_reboot command.

Hello,

Can you check on whether the license is upgraded or not?

To display the maximum allowed throughput rate, type the following command:

#show /sys license detail | grep perf_VE_throughput_Mbps

Also, you can check by asking F5 using the below link, and F5 will provide you with detailed information related to your new key.

  • you can select: "Product information request"
  • Then, enter email and key.
  • You will receive an email contains all information related to the new key.

Its worked after rebooting.
