After you re-activated license on the unit, with the license code that was provided, have you tried rebooting? Issue a full_box_reboot command.

i have checked promiscuous mode is disabled at hypervisior.
Okay Militza , so the above articles even F5 ones havn't helped you ?

that article suggestion disable the promiscuous mode or need to upgrade the license and we have already upgrade the license 1Gbps to 3Gbps but getting same bandwidth exceeded logs for Licensed 10000 Mbps that is the issue even after upgrade to 3Gbps.Should we restart the device?

I do not think vCPU is causing this issue.
