F5 VE in azure and Routes to other Vnet

Hi guys, I have deployed a single nic VE F5 in Azure and this is Management IP 10.4.0.4 I have my VMs to be load balanced in 10.3.1.0 255.255.255.0 How do i add routes to F5. There is only one interface ,VLAN. Thanks for any pointer.
