F5 update check issue

We have "Update check" Enabled on F5 and its weekly schedule but in same page it is showing. Why it is saying last update was on 2014?   Last Checked Version11.6.0.0.0.401 Latest Update CheckFri ...

Can the F5 reach the internet, have you checked the /var/log/ltm (all of them) and /var/log/messages for information?
