Apr 03, 2008F5 time Sync. issue
Hi All,
I am having an issue with my F5 time sync. F5 is showing me incorrect time than actual one.
Is someone could help me that how would I get my F5 back into time sync so that it shows me correct time.
I hope to get response ASAP as it is a matter or urgency...
Please check my attached document to get better idea that what is an error message coming up when trying to re-sync F5 device...
Thanks.

Have you set up NTP?
If so have you contact F5 support to make sure you are not running under a current version that has a bug? - Leslie_South_55

What version are you running? I recently upgraded a pair of 3400's from 9.3 to 9.3.1 HF 1 and even though I had NTP configured correctly, and the bigip showed that the NTP was in sync with my time server, the time would still not update...I had to manually set the hardware clock at the OS level to get it to sync correctly.
You can use ntpq to find out if your bigip has comm's with your NTP server
ntpq -np

I'm using BIG-IP 9.3.0 Build 187.3 ... Both F5 devices giving me sync. error message. I have also tried rebooting the device but still getting sync. error message.
If you know about command line then please let me know. If you have good idea about command line of F5 then suggest me few command which I can try and find of Sync. issue.
