F5 time Sync. issue

Hi All,

 

 

I am having an issue with my F5 time sync. F5 is showing me incorrect time than actual one.

 

Is someone could help me that how would I get my F5 back into time sync so that it shows me correct time.

 

I hope to get response ASAP as it is a matter or urgency...

 

Please check my attached document to get better idea that what is an error message coming up when trying to re-sync F5 device...

    have you setup NTP?

     

     

    Have you looked at F5 Support page to see if you are encountering a bug in your current version of the OS?

    raviparmar, what makes you think the problem is related to time? The error message you posted is:

     

     

    Transport and install failed

     

    BIGpipe: 01110001:3: Error running config sync all

     

     

    Try reviewing SOL7024 for details on the config sync process. This solution includes troubleshooting suggestions like running csTest.pl. If you still have problems after checking this solution, try opening a case with F5 Support.
