f5 status blink red ???

I have a bip-ip 8900 platform.I have some problems:

 

I can ping management interface but I can not open web gui. All other interfaces states have became down suddenly,so I bypass f5. Status led is blink red. When I connect device with ssh ,I see this : [root@!:!] config

 

What can be the problem ?

    Seems like maybe the device failed for some reason and isn't in an operational state, based on the prompt. Can you check in /var/log/ltm and see if you can find something there? Feel free to post here what you find so we can offer input.

    Looks like you have a hardware issue. You can run the End-User diagnostic tool at the boot menu at the serial console.
