F5 response DNS loadbalance inbound time out 2s

Hi all   I facing problem F5 response DNS time out 2s for loadbalance inbound, when users in outside and set DNS server 8.8.8. 8 then have time 2s .   My network have DNS server inside ,F5 is ...

My F5 ( LC,LTM) , LC have wideip loadbalance inbound . I tested in environment and the Ip dns of end users is ip of Vss DNS server inside network , when the users query some record was delegated in F5 then time out 2s any else record work fine

 

 

pls help me
