F5 monitor for Tomcat/Pega

Excellent point on the generic Host: field. I'll give that a shot.
Edit: Tried it and it didn't work. Marked all the pool members down. I can live with the specific monitors; not the worst thing that's happened to me this week 😅

Yup seen that before, caused many of hours of cross words until figured out!
You mentioned reusable monitors.
In our use case we found that it was just looking for the host header, the server wasn't bothered about the contents
So in some cases we just put in Host:0.0.0.0 or Host:f5monitor.com it worked just as well and could be reused.
But just be careful if your server or app monitors the host header for logging or security reasons this may not work or be advisable.
