F5 memcached pros and cons

Dear all,

 

Anyone got some experience on implementing F5 memcached? If I am correct it is used for dynamic database query caching.

 

Are there some limitations when activating memcached on the F5 Big IP platform? How is memcached activated with on virtual server profile atached to the production virtual servers?

 

Please share your toughts, just to get this topic more clear.
