We have a issue here where IBM Websphere MQ Source from our client side is unable to reach our WebSphere MQ Application.

Nimbostratusit's a one arm mode ... yes the pool members are showing as green... i was running the command "tcpdump -i interface host and port"
we are using SNAT .. so do you mean run a tcp dump between our SNAT pool & our Websphere application server ?
